Light straw yellow color.

Nose

Complex, with aniseed, citrus notes of lemon and lemon cake appearing, followed by memories of white flower and hints of vanilla.

Palate

Stands out for its acidity well balanced with volume. Complex wine where notes of citrus, flowers and stone fruit return. Very long finish.
