Tasting notes

Appearance

Golden amber color.

Nose

Raisins, honey, roasted apple, toffee, milk chocolate and a touch of spices.

Palate

Round and silky, with nuances of plums, almonds, dates and caramel. Warm and long finish, with notes of toasted oak, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Description

First it matures in ex-bourbon American oak barrels, which provide smoothness, vanilla and creamy notes, and then it is finished in Oloroso sherry barrels, which give it a fruity, spicy and slightly hazelnut richness.
