Description

Thunder Bitch is a liqueur made with Canadian whisky macerated with cinnamon and chili. Its name pays tribute to Thunder Bay (Ontario, Canada) and a Prohibition-era legend: bootleggers would macerate whisky with cinnamon and chili to throw off border dogs.

Smooth on the palate thanks to the cinnamon and with a spicy finish that leaves a pleasant warmth, it is enjoyed as a very cold shot, although it also works in mixers and cocktails.
