Akashi Blended es un whisky japonés elaborado por Eigashima Shuzo en su histórica destilería White Oak, situada en la ciudad costera de Akashi, en la prefectura de Hyōgo.

Eigashima es una casa con una larga tradición en la elaboración de sake y shochu, y fue una de las primeras de Japón en obtener licencia para destilar whisky.

Akashi Blended es un whisky suave y equilibrado, con notas de vainilla, miel y frutas secas, y un final amable.

Es una excelente puerta de entrada al whisky japonés: se disfruta solo, con hielo o en un highball con agua con gas, al estilo japonés.
