Appearance

Intense cherry color, with a high layer and clean garnet trim.

Nose

It stands out for its complex intensity, with ripe fruits, blackberry and currant, spicy notes of tobacco leaf, white pepper, nutmeg and licorice.

Palate

Large, tasty and very gastronomic, where the entry is soft and elegant with a meaty center and a friendly and balanced aftertaste.

Description

An optimal spring favoured optimal sprouting. The absence of rain reduced the number of bunches per vine and the size of the grain, producing a harvest officially classified as Excellent.

100% Tinta del País from the El Otero plot. These are dry, slightly fertile, clayey-silty slopes with gentle erosion at an altitude of 850 m, ideal for the style we are looking for.
