On the nose, aromas of berries (blackberries, black cherries, blueberries) stand out on a spicy background (vanilla, coconut) with a pleasant toasted touch provided by the wood.
On the palate, this is a powerful and rounded wine. Silky entry with polished tannins and marked sensations of juicy red fruits. Balanced and pleasant finish with hints of caramel and liquorice.
16º to 18ºC
Venta las Vacas 2023 is the last vintage of the project started in 2009 by Juan Carlos Vizcarra and Uvas Felices in Ribera del Duero.
The wine displays a suggestive perfume of berries such as currants, blackberries and blueberries at the right point of ripeness, with pleasant toasted and spicy aromas and notes of undergrowth. In the mouth it has a slightly sweet attack, with volume, structure and a velvety texture made up of soft tannins, balanced with good freshness. In the end it leaves delicious memories of black fruits, licorice, intense balsamic and subtle smoky notes.
To enjoy from now on and for the next 5 years with all types of red meat.
