Nose
Elegant on the nose, of red and black berries and liquor with a touch of roasted liquorice. The final aromatic notes are reminiscent of the idyllic setting of the vineyard, surrounded by junipers, oaks and thyme, which provides a balsamic character with touches of scrubland and aromatic herbs.

Description
Alacer Crianza is a Crianza red wine from Ribera del Duero aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes undergo strict control at the Selection table. Gravity technology: the grapes are transferred to the tank using a 1000 kg OVIS without the use of pumps or pipes that could damage the integrity of the grains.
For the fermentation and maceration of the grapes, 15,000 liter wide tanks are used, which allows for increased contact and optimized extraction of aromatic and color components.
