Tasting notes
Nose
Frank on the nose, where the primary aromas of black fruits such as blackberry, cherry, plum or blackberry stand out; licorice and scrubland. It is possible to find aromas of leaf litter and light touches of cedar and nutmeg.
Palate
The balsamic, toasted and tobacco leaf stand out in the mouth. Ripe, polished tannin, balanced with acidity, which predicts long aging. Structured wine with a long passage.
Serving temperature
16 - 18°C.

Description
After careful selection from our own vineyards, it remains for 15 months in one and two year old American oak barrels with medium toast. The wine gains in power and structure, the complexity provided by the particularities of each of the plots is integrated with the aromas derived from aging.
Excellent vintage, with very dry weather, with very little rain throughout the vegetative cycle.
