Description
The best xarel·lo and pinot noir grapes from the Espiells estate and a small percentage of red Grenache from Mediona give shape to the Reserva de la Familia Rosé: the sparkling wine that reinterprets our most iconic label in a pink key. A clear commitment to xarel·lo, an essential grape in long-aged sparkling wines.
Our own ecological vineyard made up of forests and margins that provide biodiversity and naturalization.
Harvested manually, its production begins by gently pressing the destemmed grapes, from which a moderate yield of the most delicate flower must is obtained.
