Dense, stratified and complex, with a creamy texture with stony minerality.
We have been investigating the behavior of these varieties throughout Rioja (100 km of diversity) until we found the "perfect blend", an unusual mix of Viura, Malvasía and Sauvignon Blanc.
Malvasia and Sauvignon Blanc were harvested in mid-September and made separately in stainless steel tanks and aged together on their lees in a concrete egg, which we stir every week for 10 months, rounding the palate and enriching it with a creamy and full-bodied profile.
The Viura was fermented in stainless steel and aged in new 500L French oak barrels, seeking the beautiful aromatic complexity that barrel aging offers, but without disturbing the primary aromas and obtaining a dense and deep palate.
