Tasting notes

Nose

presents tropical aromas, followed by a wave of red fruits and cherry, with a dry touch reminiscent of freshly roasted coffee beans.

Palate

On the palate, a mixture of dried tropical fruits develops, with a burst of Sanguinello blood orange, salted caramel chocolate and a light herbal bitterness. A silky texture envelops the palate with notes of dried tropical fruits and citrus. The subtle influence of Oloroso sherry is evident in the finish.
